Hello everyone 

Isaac was 4 months, 8 days old when he left us, Isaac was so incredible and should have lived a full life. Isaac was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition before he was born which we were told could be repaired. Sadly after this repair things started going wrong with his heart- isaac had 4 open heart surgeries in total to try and help him but his heart was too frail to carry on despite him putting up a major fight to be here every single day! 

He was incredible, inspiring and a true warrior. In his honour as a group of friends we would like to raise as much money as possible this year towards supporting a charity who helped us during our stay at leeds hospital. Without their support our time would have looked very differently. CHSF do amazing work for all children and families in leeds hospital. Thank you Shelly for your support with Isaac- you are a lovely, caring and thoughtful women. We now have 2 Katie’s bears at home that my other sons have in his memory. 

We are going to be doing as much as we can to raise money over the year and have decided that we will do the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge in September. If Isaac can do what he did then we are all get our walking boots on and do this for him!
