Story

My Name is Iris and I’m 7 years old.

I'm collecting vital funds for the British Heart Foundation, to power pioneering research into heart and cardiovascular diseases. The money we raise will help beat heartbreak forever.

The last 12 months have been rubbish for everyone especially charities.

British heart foundation has always been a charity close to my family’s heart, with several members of my family suffering with a heart conditions. Fundraising and research became more important to us in May 2019 when my Mummy was diagnosed with Chronic Heart Failure. My Mummy has had to spend most of the last 12 months at home to keep her safe.

On New Year’s Eve I decided I wanted to challenge myself to raise money. I am aiming to walk 62 miles /100km in 30 days.

Please please please sponsor me. I want to help raise as much money as I can for the British Heart Foundation.

It is so important that we continue with fundraising for the British Heart Foundation to support their research into Heart and circulatory disease and hopefully get closer to finding treatments and cures.
