So three of us - Diarmuid, Mark and myself (Neil) are setting off to circumnavigate the whole island under sail in a vessel called The Goose. While this may seem like a pleasurable endeavour, let me disabuse you of that notion. Cap'n Diarmuid is a serious taskmaster and both Mark and myself are in no doubt that we will be treated for nigh on a month as little more than unpaid skivvies. On the other hand Diarmuid is undertaking a serious and potentially dangerous journey with a crew that might be considered more of a hindrance than a help (on my part if not Marks's).
