Story
I'm going to be a part of the IP Global team entering the Ride Across Britain 2014 in support of IP Global Charity of the Year ShelterBox.
New to the company, so what better way to get to know my colleagues better by letting them see me all sweaty and having a near breakdown from too much cycling. I think this is called team bonding? Love me at my worst and all that.
Taking place over nine days this September, this challenge will take our team the full length of Britain, travelling 969 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats. I'll be doing the 4 day leg across Scotland (lightweight I know!). Looking forward to seeing some glorious UK rain again. I don't know whether I can cycle in the baking heat of Dubai....but muscles have memories right?!!
So apart from team bonding and hopefully getting a mean bad ass six pack from the training (fingers crossed, crop tops for summer) I'm of course doing it for charity too - Shelterbox uk.
