Royal Aberdeen Childrens Hospital is now 10 years old and is in need of a little TLC.  We have decided to do an abseil to raise money to support the refurbishment of a child's room as part of the High 10 For Archie Appeal to make it a more pleasant and relaxing stay for visitors. 

I've never done anything like this before and am completely terrified....I hate to ask for sponsorship but this is such a great cause, anything you can give would be very welcome. Xx
