We are raising money in support of LightBeam Academy's vision for The BestLight Community Hub. The Hub is a landmark building in the centre of Nelson which has been purchased to develop a unique space for the local community.

Welcome to our page!

My name is Inaaya Rehan and I am 11 years old and this is my 9 year old brother, Aahil Rehan. This Ramadan we will be taking part in The Great Ramadan Challenge for LightBeam Academy. I will be fasting 30 full days and Aahil will fast 30 full days!

We love coming to LightBeam Academy which is based at the BestLight Community Hub. The Academy purchased the building to help children like us to learn new and interesting things about Islam. We come to the Academy to learn Qur'an and Islamic Studies and we take part in lots of arts and craft activities. There's also lots of other clubs to get involved in too such as Archery and gymnastics!
