I want to raise as much money as possible this year in memory of our dear friend Dale, we all wish we could of done more but unfortunately we didn't realise how poorly he was. 

The mental health system is so underfunded and not enough people talk open about it. We need to help raise as much AWARENESS to educate others. Mental health is nothing to be ashamed of let's get people talking. I personally love how this charity are trying to raise mental health awerness in schools. Without charities like this then unfortunately others will struggle due to NHS waiting times for therapy and cost in to treatments and research ect. Let's try prevent others from suffering in silence like Dale. 

The big plan was to do the 3 peaks but unfortunately covid changed all that and my health hasn't bt been too great since so baby steps..

 Adam and I will hike snowdon in October all monies raised will be for the mental health foundation... This will be huge for me im gutted Its not the 3 peaks but as many know since i had covid a walk around the park can be a challenge some days so This is huge... While There we are doing the huge zipline your Sponsor will Push me not to Chicken out.

 We are still raising money and we have our charity night November 12th at the salon if anyone is interested in a ticket they are £5 this includes ya fizz a goodybag and a raffle ticket.
