I am doing the BUPA Great North Run in memory of my Dad John Munro who lost his very short fight against cancer in Feb this year.

As most of you know I hate running but my Dad really enjoyed it in his youth! so this is for you Dad.

Macmillan gave my Mum & Dad valuable help and support so its now time for me to give something back.

I miss him so much every day but know he will be with me every step of the way while doing the Great North Run.
