Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues - most of you will know that I lost my mother in 2011 to Huntingdons Disease and was pleased to have contributed to that charity over the years by completing five London Marathons.    

This year I have been lucky enough to secure a place for MS and really need your help to reach my target.  I have a number of friends who are affected by this disease and I know your donation will not be wasted.
