Alex and I will be doing Tough Mudder in October to raise money for Eikon! A brilliant charity that does amazing work for young people in Surrey. 

If you haven't heard of Tough Mudder, it's an endurance event where Alex and I will attempt to complete a 5km long obstacle course. The obstacles often play on human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights... Wish us luck.

The Eikon Charity supports children & young people to overcome challenges, learn vital life skills, improve their resilience, wellbeing and mental health, and develop into confident adults who contribute positively to their communities. We focus on prevention and early intervention – helping them resolve concerns before a crisis can develop.
