Imogen (age 7) has decided that she would like to donate her lovely long hair (painstakingly grown over the past couple of years for this very reason) to help a fantastic cause. The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs (free-of-charge) to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have sadly lost their own hair as a result of cancer treatment or other illnesses.  Imogen will have at least 17cm cut off, and her hair will be blended with at least five other hair donations just to make one single wig. 

In addition to these free wigs, the charity also purchases wigs to ensure that the best and most appropriate one is given to the poorly boy or girl. The purchased wigs cost the Trust on average around £350 each. Imogen would therefore love it if she could raise some money (alongside her haircut) to help offset the cost of buying a wig for another child.
