Story
I swam 5.25 miles along the full length of Coniston Water on the 3 September 2016 to raise money for Disability Rights UK ('DRUK'). Among other things, DRUK are an invaluable source of advice and information for disabled people in the UK and play a key role in helping to change attitudes and policy with the aim of realising a society in which everyone can participate equally. I have a personal connection with the Charity having been Parliamentary and Policy Intern there when it was still the Royal Association for Disability Rights ('Radar'). Please give as little or as much as you can - it will be going to a good cause!!!
