Sadly this year has been even harsher for the most needy around the world due to the pandemic. Hearing about the situation of those suffering and in dire need, I have decided to do whatever I can to help. This Ramadan I am planning to personally travel out to Iraq to distribute the much needed aid and food-packs with International Medical Relief Agency. IMRA strive to reach out to those across the world that need urgent aid to survive, such as food, medical aid and shelter (Charity Registration No. 1089354).

I reach out to you to donate your sadaqa and zakat so we can personally distribute it Insha’Allah.

A food pack costs £60 and feeds a family of 5 for a month.  The food packs and aid will be distributed in Ramadan.

’And spend [in the way of Allah] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you, and he says, “My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous”’. (Qur’an, 63:10)

Allah reminds us in the Qur’an, “Never will you attain the good [reward] until you spend [in the way of Allah] from that which you love. And whatever you spend – indeed, Allah is Knowing of it.” (3:92)
