Story
On Sunday 14th April 2019 I'll be running my first ever Marathon. This will be a huge personal challenge to me both mentally and physically and something I never thought `i would be able to do.
When our eldest son Jagger was diagnosed with Autism just before his 3rd birthday it came as a real shock. Nobody wants to think their child will be 'different'. Not at first anyway. Amaze helped myself and my wife Laura think differently about Autism, learn how it was going to change our lives and helped us get the support we needed.
A few short years later our third son Harper was also diagnosed with Autism and Amaze were there again to help and support us.
My Boys, Jagger and Harper are a great inspiration for a great challenge.
In the 8 years we have been fundraising for Amaze we have managed to raise an incredible amount of money to help them keep going with their much needed work. They are a charity funded solely by donations and receive no Government help.
The continued support from our family and friends has been incredible and overwhelming as is the constant love and miles run by our dear friends- a special shout out to Greg Hewitt who has been there every time.
Thank you all so much for the continued support and donations- you are really helping make a difference to families whose lives are changing in ways they never expected.
