Story
I am responding to the devastating earthquake in Haiti by Cycling to the office and home (approx 60 miles).
Haiti has been hit by the worst disaster in recent history, the DEC members respond in emergency situations using the money you donate to save lives and improve the health and environment for survivors.
I have therefore cycled from Teddington to the office in Crawley and back again on 05/02/2010 in support of Disasters Emergency Committee's Haiti Earthquake Appeal (www.dec.org.uk). I have published the GPS plot of the route ridden on my blog page at runsaturday.com. The ride was exactly 59.4 miles in total with a total ascent of 333m.
Live tracking broadcast was possible using the iPhone App - OutFront at MapMyTracks.
