On Tuesday 9th Feb 2021 I will be working my 1000th competitive game in professional football in the Rochdale v MK Dons League One fixture. The game is exactly 20 years after my first game since working for Cardiff City in a fixture away at Brighton in 2001. 

Tragically we lost my friend Chris Barker on 1st January 2020 who I had the pleasure of working with at Cardiff City. Chris also did far more supporting me in my career over many of those years. 

In Chris’s memory I plan to mark this occasion in true Kit Manager tradition by wearing only Shorts & TShirt for the warm up and entire 90 minutes in a game that is due to be played in Sub Zero weather conditions at Spotland.
