On Sunday 5th October 2014 I will be running the Cardiff half marathon. With my current athletic fitness levels just competing will be an unbelievable achievement! To actually finish.... Wow!

I have decided to run in aid of the Dorothy House Hospice on behalf of my good friend Alan Henderson. The Hospice cared for Alan's Father Tom and I am running to raise funds in memory of both Alan & Pauls fantastic parents Tom & his mother Maureen.
