I'm looking to fulfil a life-time personal challenge in walking the full length of the Cornish Coastline as I truly believe there are areas in this fantastic county that I've never been able to see; esp. if not got off the main roads & off the beaten tracks!
In doing this challenge, I'm doing it in 2 x stages & raise money for charity.
Stage 1 : - North Cornwall - Lands End [2015] & Stage : - 2 fm. Plymouth - Lands’ End. [2016]
The charities I'd like to support would be the Wooden Spoon (The Children's Charity of Rugby) [2015] & The Cornwall Air Ambulance (My mother's favourite). [2016]
I'm asking friends, family & colleagues to sponsor me & if they'd like to join me for all of the event, parts or the journey, or even 1 x day (as a day-tripper!). In any case, I'm looking to walk the coast-path in May-June (2015).
Obviously, if you can't actually make any of the walks, I'd be delighted for any sponsorship for either of the charities or even as part of any support crew! I'll obviously need some roadies, support vehicles & a friendly face to buy me a pint when I get to the end of a stage which might just happen to be a pub!
Done some planning & organising in regards to a timetable; actual dates; routes; refuge points; accommodation sites etc...; inviting special guests to join the walk; team photographer; chief chef; team driver; team doctor! etc...!
Would love you to join me or at least sponsor me to see the great scenery in God's Country! :-)
