Story
After gentle persuasion from my little sis I have been roped in to take part in an army designed assault course in October. It's over 10-12kms with over 20 obstacles cross country. I've only just started training so should be a challenge!
I will be doing this for charity, and as you all know, I have fallen in love with The Rare Breeds Centre, part of Canterbury Oast Trust. It's a wonderful place to be, and I'm lucky to work there now. The charity supports Vulnerable Adults, with varying degrees of disability, and provides a service to them which allows them to live like everybody else. The Trust, and The Rare Breeds, work with the service users and help provide life skills, from planting seeds to pig feeding to learning how to interact and socalise with more confidence. It is a wonderful place to work, and so valuable to everybody that works there, and they are always desperate for donations.
So, don't be shy, I've already hurt my foot training so help me get through it by donating anything you can:-)
Thanks muchly!
