Hi there folks!

I reckon you all know already I don’t mind a bit of the extreme (no, not just in arguments!) so I have decided to haul myself out a plane for a great cause!  And for those of you who I can sometimes wind up, sorry to disappoint…I will be using a parachute!

Venue:  St Andrews, Scotland

Date:  26th June 2010 (was then but will now be a few weeks later cos I went and broke my wrist, so once my cast is off! Although still need the money in for this weekend so please please donate if you can!)

Event:  Skydive from 10,000 ft, free falling at up to speeds of 120mph (my car can’t even can do that speed!)

Participants:  14 of my colleagues at AVC Media….and ME!

Donations:  will go to Cornerstone who provides care & support in Scotland's communities to enable children, young people, and adults with disabilities & other support needs to enjoy a full & valued life. To find out more visit:

There is not long before I do this so I am hoping that you can put your hands in your pockets to sponsor me so that the proceeds can go a long way to helping Cornerstone help less fortunate people.   We are all hoping to reach £500 minimum each so please don’t let me be the only one from my work presenting a big cheque of only a fiver!   Whether a large or small donation, anything that you can spare is very much appreciated, it all adds up!
