I am currently organising a charity football match that will take place on Sunday 5th March to raise money and further awareness for ‘Bolton Lads and Girls Club’.

For those unaware, ‘Bolton Lads and Girls Club’ have been persistent with supporting young people for over 128 years. Their work is invaluable in supporting children and providing - not only a safe space for them to go - but support services and including 1:1 Early Child Protection and Young Carers services.They encourage ways for children to explore new opportunities, whether this be sports clubs, creative activities or just ways to socialise with others. Their doors are open to any and all children who require their services seven days a week.

As a team, we discovered Bolton Lads and Girls Club during their Christmas campaign and found the significant efforts and work being carried out to support young people and families in the area at the time extremely moving. I am excited to be organising this event in order to support the charity that works so hard to make a difference to so many lives. A great day, for a great cause!
