We've chosen Brain Tumour Research as the charity for Hunt Fitness' first fundraising event. It is a charity close to our Communication Manager, Sara's heart. Her brother, Mark died of a brain tumour 6 years ago. Before starting a family, Mark worked and lived in Africa - and one of his greatest achievements was climbing Kilimanjaro. He wanted to repeat the adventure with his children one day, but sadly that wasn't to be. 

So - at Hunt Fitness we're tasking our members to choose one of 3 routes up & down Kilimanjaro:-

• Umbwe - 53km 
• Marangu - 72km
• Northern Circuit - 98km

Their challenge is to smash out the kms over 7 days, between 18th-25th March 2022. 

They can walk, run, cycle, swim, crawl... whatever it takes! They can complete their chosen route as 'solo trekkers' or join together with gym buddies, friends or family to reach the peak of Kilimanjaro!

Our aim is to raise £2740 - which will fund one day of research at one of Brain Tumour Research's UK Centres of Excellence.
