On August 4th 2019 I will be taking part in the RideLondon 100 mile bike ride through London and Surrey, which if everything goes to plan will take me around 7 hours to complete. I'll be doing this in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Through my life cancer has affected the lives of several people who are important to me, and this year it is doing the same again. Macmillan Cancer Support are a great charity committed to helping everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support.
