I’m Hugh Nibloe and I’m a Great Britain and Scotland wheelchair curler. I suffer from MS and I’m in a wheelchair permanently. Throughout my life I have suffered many mentally tough challenges. Sport has been a huge factor in me beating and accepting these challenges and has led to some of the greatest highs in my life.

Back Onside are a charity that I readily identify with. They harness the power of sport to help others who are facing difficult times to help them overcome and beat them.

As lockdown restrictions ease I believe mental health charities throughout the country are going to face a particularly tough time, from those who have lost people, those whose life’s have changed dramatically and from those who are afraid to leave the safety of their own home.
