Every Thursday I get up at the ridiculous time of 5.30am to meet with my fellow members of the Essex Business Forum (http://www.essexbusinessforum.com/).

As we slowly trudge into the winter months & those morning temperatures are getting a little crisper, my fellow members rather enjoy dispensing a little discomfort on my poor legs. As such I promise to wear shorts to our weekly meetings until Christmas the end of January.
