Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This year our 'Dressing up week' will be in support of Hope - a charity based in Sussex, that supports families and young people struggling to find emotional and practical support with their mental health.
I've seen myself, both as a parent and a dance teacher, how fragile emotional and mental wellbeing can be for young people. We all see the pressures they are under, and at the same time, health service resources are scarce, and often issues are left unresolved until they reach crisis point.
Hope - which stands for Hold On, Pain Ends - are here to be that place that listens to worried parents and young people when they most need to be heard.

'Here at HOPE we provide a reassuring environment for a young person emotionally struggling or close to crisis; we also understand the importance of support for the family, and have designed our services for all.
We currently offer one to one counselling for young people and online support groups to parents and carers. We are a place to come to get emotional care and support when you need it most. Here at HCP, we connect and support families going through similar experiences and aim to build natural support networks that are close to home and instantly reachable.'
