Supported by our brilliant instructor Elena and hosted by
Nuffield Health Bloomsbury our group is part of many physical activities organised by HCA across the area.  We meet every week to take part in a one hour Aqua Fit session.  The benefits to our physical health are clear, but the sessions offer us so much more. Friendship, support, contact with peers and a space to lift moods as well as dumb bells.  Its a vital place for keeping community spirit alive!
