Inspired by several family and friends recently raising money and completing distance challenges Alex decided that 100km is the distance to aim for... walking, running and cycling.... possibly within a month... .! 

We have chosen Glaucoma UK in memory of Great Nana She who sadly passed away last year but whose eyesight was maintained through the amazing medical developments of nowadays whereas in years past it just would not have happened. This also resonates with our current levels of increased screen time and also the amazing feats of scientists and medical professionals working tirelessly to care for people and produce vaccines.
