Basically, I've decided to do the Chester Marathon at the end of May and cycling Lands End to John O'Groats in August (Date TBC). I'll be doing this in aid of Cancer Research UK. So please guys give all you can. Be it fifty pence or twelve billion zimbabwean dollars.
I'm training hard for the marathon at the moment and once I've ticked that off I'll turn my attention to Lands End to John O'Groats (LEJOG). The route I take will be just under nine hundred miles and I hope to do it in five days. So that's roughly one hundred and eighty miles aday. Which is a long time in the saddle!
If anyone wants to join me for my training or maybe even for a leg of LEJOG you're more than welcome!
But now I'm waffling now so will leave it there.
But please, please, please give as much as you can spare.

Well, the marathon's done and dusted. It was all over in a extremely painful three hours and thirty minutes. I'm really really happy with the time I achieved. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done with out a doubt. Literally sweat, blood and tears but at least it's over!
I'm training alot for LEJOG. Trying to get a very minimum of two hundred miles in a week done. I rode a two hundred miler the other day and felt pretty good. So, I've decided in a moment of madness to attempt to cycle the nine hundred miles in four days. This will be a huge ask and will mean I'll be getting a maximum of five hours sleep a night. But it will be worth it if I can raise that little extra.
A huge thank you to everyone who's donated and shown me support over the last couple of months! It really means alot.
Much love,
Henners.
