CASPA is a phenomenal local charity serving children with autism spectrum disorders and other social & communication and behavioural challenges in the Bromley area.  We both work for CASPA and are inspired on a daily basis by the children & young people we work with who have to deal with so many challenges due to their disabilities and yet run through the CASPA club doors each week with massive smiles on their faces!  We hope to raise money in order to keep running high quality activities for our CASPA children and to continue supporting their amazing families.

We are joining Ivor and his 'Four Days Running' team for the fourth day (5th May) to run from Richmond Bridge to Tower Bridge (30K) THEN in September (12th-14th) we will be taking on the Three Peaks Challenge - which is to climb the UK's three highest mountains (Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales) within 45 hours!!!!
