Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Along with colleagues from the Italian, Hipla and French departments and from the International Office at the University of Bristol, I will be riding in France for charity from 4th July to 6th July 2013.

The ferry drops us on the morning of the 4th July in Saint-Malo and the route takes us along the Breton and Normandie coast, up (eventually) to the Cherbourg peninsula in time to catch our ferry on the evening of the 6th in the port of Cherbourg.

Total pedalling: 270km (160 miles) in three days.

I have started training hard for this event and did my first ever 100k ride on 12th April. Not sure yet how I will manage 100k 2 days in a row, followed by a final day at 70k... but the local cider and sunshine as well as the determination to help with Leukaemia and Lymphoma research will help me along the way!

Help me achieve my target. Merci x
