Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Please watch this short video #mce_temp_url#

I am doing this bike ride to raise money to buy a second 'Motomed' exercise bike for our rehabilitation gym at St Christopher's, where I work.

PLEASE NOTE that I am self funding the costs of the bike ride and all money donated through sponsorhip is directly for St Christopher's.

We have a busy and active physiotherapy program in the gym which is currently used and enjoyed by around 100 patients under the care of St Christopher's.Many of our patients benefit from using the Motomed as it can assist movement, and provide strength training for weak muscles in both the arms and legs. It enables wheelchair- bound patients to access a bike as well as provide passive movement for those with weakness or paralysis.

A number of patients come in weekly just to use the Motomed as their exercise regime.

Please donate as much as you feel able- literally every little counts in this case. It will spur me on for the 310 miles to Paris to know I have your support. Thank you!
