We support people facing serious illness to shape their own care.

Story

Having spent the last couple of years happily running a few miles whilst catching up on the weeks' gossip, we have decided to step it up and complete our first half marathon in the beautiful, but very hilly, Windsor Great Park. Sunday 7th October is the big day!

Having spent the last few glorious weeks in Spain, Helen trained in the heat and ran up many a crippling hill but was rewarded with a Sangria or Mojito to ease the pain and now feels raring to go!

Debbie remained in England choosing to train in the Kent countryside, with the motivational support of Max and Grandpop's on their bikes!!

Michael Sobell Hospice holds a very special place particularly in Helen's heart, having cared for her Mum with love, compassion and empathy and being there to help her family through.

Both our families are really proud of us, despite probably thinking that we are insane!

So it is with sheer determination and personal memories of Helen's Mum that she is running.
