As many of you will know, in July of this year we lost Helen's wonderful father, Peter Mitchell. Helen and Jo will be swimming, cycling and running the Blenheim Triathlon in his memory, and are raising money for the British Heart Foundation. 

The BHF do incredible work to help people like Peter, who suffered from heart failure, to spend longer with the people they love - an immeasurable service to those of us who have known or lost loved ones to heart and circulatory problems.
