Thanks to you guys, I did "JUST DO IT" this morning .....I ran the 21.5km Paris to St. Germain in 2hrs and 3 minutes.  A big thank you for all your support and encouragement. I will be running the Paris to St. Germain Half Marathon next Sunday 30 May.  This is my first ever race so I really do need your support to keep me going and "Just Do It"!  As most of you know, this time last year I was on crutches with a fractured ankle, so training for this has been slow and hard!  I am raising money for Cancer Research UK, which is the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer.  Their research has been at the heart of the progress that has seen survival rates for cancer double in the last 30 years.  But too many lives are still devastated by cancer.  It's vital that their work, funded entirely by the public, continues.

Ce dimanche 30 mai je vais courir le parcours PARIS - ST. GERMAIN 20Km.  C'est ma première course à pied.  Je collecte de l'argent pour  "Cancer Research UK", qui est la plus importante association mondiale pour la recherche contre le cancer. J'essaie de collecter 2,500 euros pour cette cause.  Pour les gens qui me connaissent bien, l'année dernière j'avais une cheville fracturé donc l'entrainement a été assez dur et lente!  Si vous souhaitez faire un don pour me soutenir, vous pouvez aller directement sur ce site ou me donner votre participation à l'école.  Merci à tous pour votre soutien et encouragement.
