Story

Hello! Thanks for visiting my fundraising

I still very much struggle with the mental health impact of having lost my amazing Dad to a Brain Haemorrhage just a few years ago when I started University  - but specialist bereavement counselling equipped me with the resilience to cope and carry on in the face of that loss. Cruse work incredibly hard to ensure that people in Scotland struggling with the death of a loved one have access to free and professional support.

I’ve decided to run the Edinburgh Half Marathon in May in aid of Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland - a phenomenal charity who provide unparalleled support to those dealing with the loss of a loved one - and a charity to whom I’d love to give something back. Cruse provides professional support for bereaved adults, children and families across Scotland. As Covid continues to impact all of our lives, Cruse services are more needed than ever before - and their need for charitable support has never been greater.

So give what you can to this amazing charity and help me smash my target <3
