Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
It's been a while but I'm back and fundraising for the incredible Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Charity. They help people of all ages through the power of music. Whether it is a child on the Autistic Spectrum, or someone with a head injury, or an elderly person with Dementia, they help people to connect to the people and world around them through music and it's hidden healing nature.
I have a long affiliation with this charity which all started in 2010 when I got through the ballot and into the London Marathon. Back then they were still relatively small and unknown and I think I was the only person running the marathon for them. Now they have charity places and celebrities running for them and have much more presence. I am so glad about this as the work they do is so vital and it's important to get their services out to as many people as possible.
I will be running 10 x 10km throughout the year, starting on the 14th January at Victoria Park, London. I will be hoping to set some PB's along the way as 2016 was a year of smashing my PB, so I hope that will continue. The aim is to complete all 10 in a time under 10 hours. My current PB stands at 57.02.
