It's that time of year again, the annual CEVA & CitySprint Great London Swim, this year on August 30th at Millwall Dock we are all heading into the 11am wave.

This year we are aiming big- biggest team and biggest target so please continue to give us the amazing support you give us every year. Helen, Scot, Amanda, Jodie, Matt, Simon, Julian, Hayley, Sarah, Karen, Aileen and Dan will all try really hard to get round.

Every year a member of the team chooses the charity & this year we are all delighted to swim for Amanda's chosen chairty which is Greenwich & Bexley Hospice which is an amazing cause.
