'Not again' I hear you say!

At the last marathon, I remembered strictly telling myself never again, Helen, never again!  Yet here I am with aching muscles, lots of blisters and blackened toenails about to embark upon another attempt to run 26.2 miles at the Berlin Marathon on 25th September.

So...if i'm doing this I'm not going to miss an opportunity to try and raise some money for an amazing charity that's close to my heart.

Around 100,000 people in the UK have MS. It affects two million more. The MS Society invest millions in research, and help for sufferers today through information, support and campaigning.  So please sponsor me whatever you can afford, no matter how small.  Together it can make a difference!

Thanks for your support and I know your kind donations will keep me going when the going gets tough.  As a little bit of fun, if you want to guess my time on your sponsorship message, i'll bring a little present back from Berlin for whoever guesses the closest.
