We provide free quality care to patients with life limiting illness

Story

Not all of you reading this will know that I lost my lovely Dad last year. He was my biggest cheerleader especially when it came to running. He spent the first three months of his illness in ITU but with the help of the fantastic team at Queenscourt Hospice, we were able to bring Dad home where he spent the last two months of his precious life with us, his family, just as he wished.

The doctors and Nurses at Queenscourt,  supported, advised and answered questions we didn't even know needed asking. We felt informed enough to care for Dad at home with the knowledge that Queenscourt where only a phone call away. They visited Dad regularly but weren't intrusive and helped us all with hard conversations that need to be had with both the person facing the end of their life but also with their families.

Over the years and to the present day, Queenscourt have cared for several of my family members and extremely close friends. The quality of care they give is second to none and this is my way of giving something back, to say thank you for being there.

Times are hard and I know that everyone is feeling the pinch but I would be so grateful if you could donate, no matter how small, to help this amazing charity continue to do the work they do.

Thank you x
