I vowed never again after last year, but not being of sound mind I am participarting in the BUPA Great Manchester Run for the 7th time.

 

As in previous years I am raising funds for the British Heart Foundation in memory my father, Norman Mosley, who would have celebrated his 70th birthday in 2011 and I would like to raise as much money as I can for this worthy charity.

 

Any amount, no matter how small would be gratefully received to help the British Heart Foundation fund research into the prevention of heart disease.
