Story
Abe was diagnosed with a primary bone tumor (Osteosarcoma) on 2nd July. He has just had his first course of Chemotherapy and his hair is just starting to fall out. He's got 28 weeks of chemotherapy with knee replacement surgery in the middle of it all. He has asked a few of us to shave our heads as an act of solidarity and the cancer hospital suggested that we do it for charity. Several charities have already provided a lot of help and support for Abe, but he was keen that any donations go towards research so that in the future other teenagers don't have to go through what he's going through now.
We originally set a target of £200 but that was blown out of the water in the first couple of hours. Shavers so far are: Mark, Ady, Jonny, Matt, Anthony, Laurie, Kieran, Marcus and Sam.
