Thanks for taking the time to visit my page in memory of Hazel Swaffield.

After just over a year since being first diagnosed my mother, Hazel, lost her battle to Cancer having spread to her brain soon after having the all clear from the diagnosis of her body.

On behalf of myself, Dad (Phil), Morgan and Ryleigh I would like to thank all of our family and friends for the support and friendship provided both to ourselves and to Hazel.

In memory of Hazel we would like any donations to go to Macmillan Caring Locally based in Christchurch who provided the best care we could have asked for. With their help we were able to care for Hazel in the comfort of the family home and pass away peacefully and painlessly surrounded by the ones she loved.

We will eternally be grateful to the Macmillan team for the gentle care they provided.
