I will be running the Windsor Half Marathon (13.1 miles) on Sunday 26th September in aid of the Noah's Ark Appeal. Having had 2 children in the last 4 years I have started from a very low level of fitness - when 2 miles felt like too much! However, my training is on track and I am hoping it will take me 2hrs 20mins to complete.
