I'm walking the great wall of china in April to raise awareness of prostate cancer. One of my friends Tony is currently battling it and you can see the effect this has on him, it's heartbreaking to see. I'd like to do it for him.

I'm also currently recovering from a sprained knee injury meaning I will have to train twice as hard once I'm fit and able!
