I am very excited about going on this trek, because I get to raise money for such an important cause, Gesher school. Spend time with my Mum, which is always such fun and experience climbing two of the Lake District's most beautiful peaks with my closest friends.  To me this has to be the most ideal way to combine fun and get sponsored at the same time.

The first peak is St. Sunny Crag and the second one is Helvellyn which is a 1000m climb (and no Mum I won't be pulling you up the mountain!!) it's a very challenging walk and the 3rd highest point in England

I wanted to raise money for Gesher School - which provides a specialist meaningful learning environment for children with special educational needs (SEN) as one of my brothers' has autism. When he was younger my Mum found it so hard to find the right school for him, and it was a really difficult time for my brother and Mum. The school he eventually went did not have the sense of community or facilities that would have been so helpful.  I hear alot about Gesher through close friends and I am so pleased that they are building a secondary school to complement the primary one.  I know it is such wonderful school and how important it is for some children to have the right help and love within a school setting, as it makes a massive difference.  Thank you so much for your generosity, I know for a fact every penny raised will go direct to Gesher and expanding their school and I am so happy about this.
