Hi everyone!!

 

I am running the Reading Half Marathon again this year, but on behalf of the British Heart Foundation!

Because I am running it for the British Heart Foundation, I plan on running it....dressed up as a NURSE!

I have been training really hard (running at least 5 times a week for usually 50 minutes minimum each time... with extra cardio time on top to increase my fitness!) to try and beat my time of 2 hours 19 minutes from last year. My trainng has been so much better this year so I feel my chances of completing the Half Marathon in 2 hours this time is attainable :) 

The race takes place on the Sunday 21st March, and I am particularly looking forward to it this year as I know about 15 people who are also taking part!
