On Thursday 6th October at 4pm I will be abseiling down the KPMG building in aid of Barnardos.  I am terrified!  I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me.  You are welcome to come and watch – I am sure my cries for help will provide some entertainment for your Thursday afternoon!
