Everyone knows The Christie. The name is synonymous with cancer. Most people know someone who has had to go there for treatment.
Some of my family, and family of my friends are, or or have been patients there.

We know the NHS is chronically underfunded, so I've decided to raise money for such a worthwhile cause. To be able to give a helping hand to those going through that horrible journey is a privilege.
