I am a passionate off road cyclist and really honoured to be supporting the British heart foundation for the London- Brighton off road bike ride in September.

British heart foundation is an amazing charity that campaigns for everyone to be free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases and the money you donate will help British heart foundation to research cures and treatments. 

Lastly I just want to say how excited I am cycling all the way to Brighton with passionate people who wants to make a difference.   

Last year 2021 my Nan died of a heartattack and my other Nan also has heart disease. This is very personal to me.
